Terms and conditions.

 

When becoming a client of Bless Brows you agree to abide by our cancellation policy & Terms of business.

 

1. Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

 

2. We endeavour to respond to your email enquiries within 48 hours when ever possible.

 

3. If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened or rearranged to avoid inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to carry out your service and full cost will be charged.

 

2. The following terms apply to all appointments made.

 

1. All bookings are only to be made via the booking system on Facebook Instagram or Book in Beautiful app. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

 

2.Card details are stored at the time of booking this is to secure your appointment. Card details are saved via card capture and are used to secure payment in the event of booking policy not being followed. 

3. 48hours notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.

If we receive less than 48hours notice you will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value.

If you fail to show for the appointment your treatments will be charged at full cost.

If part of your booking is cancelled or changed after arrival the full cost of the treatment is payable upon departure.

Course appointments missed or late cancelled will automatically be deducted from course records.

 

4. Patch tests must be booked via the booking system by the customer. All patch test must be booked 48hrs prior to the treatment time. Failure to book or attend patch test appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost as per the cancellation policy.
